There may be various conditions and symptoms affecting you, like hair loss, hair thinning, slow hair growth, bald patches, psoriasis, eczema, dandruff, dry hair, wig-styling, etc. I bring many years of professional experience in hair, health and beauty into a blended approach in the salon & clinic to get to the root cause of your hair issues & problems and give you a clear personalised 6-step plan of styling, therapies, prescriptions, sessions, lessons  & support towards a happier, healthier you and your hair and scalp.

How do I book my consultation? 

You can book your consultation direct from the booking button below and also from the salon & clinic page. Bookings are made and paid in advance. Block bookings and payment plans are also available on request too.

What can I do before my consultation? 

Once booked, you can download your style & health journal to start building on and bring focus to the reason for your consultation. This is a powerful toolkit when you build detailed knowledge of your style issues, hair & scalp probelms and any medical history towards understanding your aims, uniqueness, likes, dislikes, health conditions and the whole picture of how you express yourself. Confidentiality is paramount.

 

What happens during my consultation? 

Our first consultation is the most detailed, lasting for 1 hour, and is the start of your 6-step plan. The priority is to thoroughly understand exactly what you are experiencing eg. issues, probelms, symptoms. Then, we discuss your style & health journal, exploring various factors regarding your symptoms to build a complete picture and considering many characteristics, e.g., personality traits, stress triggers, likes, dislikes, cravings, lifestyle, etc. By uncovering the issues affecting you on many levels and impacting you daily, you will have a clear personalised 6-step plan to a better you that shows you how to fix the issues that are holding you back.​

What happens after my consultation? 

From your consultation and your 6-step plan, you can continue onto your personalised programme choices  of sessions, therapies, support & maintenance to 'look good & feel good naturally'.

This is your 1-to-1 personalised choices of style and/or clinic sessions, lessons, hair styling, therapies, support & maintenance developed from your 6-step plan.

Your personal solutions are naturally holistic, blend various approaches effectively, with sessions every four, eight or 12 weeks.

The key areas explored may be style issues, hair & scalp problems, hair loss, thinning hair, hormone effects plus detoxing, balancing & rejuvenating solutions.

 

Appointments are available in clinic, salon, online or in-person.  

What are the salon & clinic sessions? 

The current programme sessions are available as Personal 1-1 Sessions or as Group Sessions in the Clinic, Salon and at Collaborative Events, run for 45 minutes each, and a choice of a;

  • Hair Style Salon & Clinic for solving your hair, scalp & style problems.

  • Fresh Start for detoxing, balancing and rejuvenating you.

  • Trauma Release for any deep stress and trauma symptoms you are experiencing.

  • Colour Flow for exploring your blockages and bringing your natural flow back.

What are the therapies are used in the clinic? 

The therapies are a choice of Classical and Esoteric Homeopathy, Human Chemistry Integrated Therapy, Energetic Healing Work, Soundscapes, Innerdance and Lifestyle Management Coaching & Styling. Any prescriptions or programme information is completed and sent to you after each programme session. Colour Flow remedies are ideally, given in advance for each session.

How do I book my salon or clinic sessions? 

You can book your programme sessions direct from the booking button below and also from the salon & clinic page. Bookings are made and paid in advance. Block bookings and payment plans are also available on request too.

What about my next salon or clinic sessions? 

The next sessions are booked every four, eight or twelve weeks and are 45 minutes each session, where we discuss your style, any challenges or changes, assess how you are from your previous session and decide on the next step in your plan. Sometimes, with your remedy prescriptions working well, we may wait and not prescribe and the information gathered during the appointment may be used later in selecting the following remedy or programme. Colour Flow sessions are every 1 or 4 weeks.

 

How many salon or clinic sessions may I need? 

Salon sessions are regular styling sessions for continuing your great hair. The number of clinic sessions needed is difficult to predict. It depends on several factors, e.g. your health, wellness or style aims, your level of health, medical history, duration of symptoms and your response to your prescription. Once improvement is reached or stabilised, appointments will be required less often. The aim is to achieve a level of health & wellbeing that eventually needs minimum treatment. The Colour Flow sessions cover each chakra. If you wish to discontinue your treatment for any reason or at any time, it is important we talk things through together beforehand.​​​​

HOMEOPATHIC THERAPY

Classical Homeopathy - from the Greek: homeo=similiar, pathos=suffering. A system of medical practice that treats a disease, especially by administering minute doses of a remedy that would, in more significant amounts, produce symptoms similar to those of the disease in healthy persons. The principles are 1. the law of similars ‘like cures like’, 2. the single remedy, 3. the minimum dose and 4. the law of cure. These will be explained regarding your remedy prescription.

 

Human Chemistry Integrated Therapy is working with the whole human chemistry, bringing awareness of the potential impact of external factors, such as conventional medicines, on human health, our bodily interaction between the outside world and our inner processes and molecular interactions with different substances such as hormones to understand and treat at a cellular level. 

 

A homeopathic remedy does not cure; it stimulates the body to heal with the body's own healing power. This stimulus assists your system in clearing itself of any expressions of imbalance. The remedies are from the plant, mineral and animal kingdom. Esoteric remedies are new and evolving to complement our changing environments and specialist work.

 

Taking a homeopathic remedy – it is advisable to avoid anything being taken via mouth for 15 minutes before or after taking the remedy, not even toothpaste or cigarettes, and to avoid coffee, peppermint and preparations containing menthol, eucalyptus and camphor, as these can interfere with the action of the homeopathic remedy. After taking your treatment, you may notice some changes that are important to record as are part of the healing process with any concerns discussed. 

Overall, treating the reason for your consultation, supporting healthy behavioural change, working through pre-dispositions and susceptibility, removing blockages, clearing toxins, balancing systems, organs, body substances, minerals, vitamins, and hormones and utilising traditional and new homoeopathic remedies, aids the recuperative process of the body at a deep level, is mild and potentially offer a quick and lasting recovery.

We always recommend that you maintain your relationship with your GP or specialist. Homeopathic and conventional approaches are often successfully used in an integrated approach. 

 

What about my conventional medications?

Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic and will not interfere with the action of conventional drugs. Nevertheless, it’s essential to keep your homeopath informed of any changes in prescribed medication from your doctor and to keep your doctor informed of any changes in symptoms for which you have been prescribed conventional medicines.
